Org Culture in UP
Post Body

I honestly have a problem sa org culture ng up and I believe it should be discussed. Idk kung ako lang pero superrrrr hassle ng application process ng orgs. I understand na may system sila and all and I guess they really wanna filter out their applicants. I've applied to several orgs pero nagdefer ako sa lahat because I was so overwhelmed with the application process.

Apps Night, sig sheets, tasks, ipamemorize pa ako ng walang kwentant info idk all of these things are so overwhelming na medyo na culture shock ako lol. Di ko inexpect na ganito pala and it is way harder to interact with people online. Idk baka ako lang talaga ang nagrereklamo.

Edit: I don't think this system applies to all of the orgs sa upd but I do think na majority ganito. I don't want to discourage anyone na sumali and I still think may benefits in joining naman. I just want to give you a glimpse on what happens sa application process kasi ayoko kayo mabigla kagaya ko lol.
