Should I take PE seriously?

Sobrang hassle ng PE na nakuha ko; its both difficult and time comsuming. Lol feeling major sa mga reqs na pinapagawa. The outputs I pass have no quality at all. Is it okay to pass reqs just for the sake of passing, or will my grade be affected? Thanks!
