I’m worried about the No UPCAT Examination for 2021-2022

I have initial thoughts that it is so unfair for the students that their GWA based on a modified ranking system that UP will use for validation of grades but I hope that UP will be strict assessing the applicant’s profile to be an Isko/Iska someday.

If I am to guess, yes. Otherwise bakit sila hihingi ng income ng parents when applying. Mas malaki weight ng academic merit of course.

Free tuition. Pero I guess may considerations pa rin. Don't take it from me, may naalala lang ako nabasa last year sa form 1 ata, nakalagay na considered yung distance from up campus at economic background. Hindi naman transparent up admissions medyo vague.
