started going to the gym earlier this year and i really find it hard na isksik ung pag ggym sa sched ko.
for some context, nag uuwian ako and i find it hassle, time consuming, and nakakasira ng momentum (momentum?!?) pag nag ggym ako on a weekday. kaya tinatry ko lang mag gym every sat sun and mon. i try my best na mag gym during these days pero sometimes sobrang hirap nya lang talaga isingit lalo kapag sabay sabay mga reqs and exams. though, next sem, iniisip ko if pipili ako ng sched na mas maaga matatapos ung classes ko (around 1-:2:30) para may energy pa rin ako mag gym after school. to those who have tried this set up, did it work for u? and to those who tried a different set up, what was it and penge tips pls!
