Hello! Current grade 11 student here.
I've registered for UPCAT exactly on the first day that the website opened. I have a registration number and have confirmation emails from the office of admissions.
But, I suddenly had issues with my test permit because I selected that the permit will be claimed via a prepaid pouch. The office notified me that this service is no longer available. So, I decided to email them to change how I will claim my test permit. After sending the details required, I didn't get a single response.
I began emailing them about this and up until now, there is zero response. I even went to UP campus and they only directed me towards the UP helpdesk on messenger. I tried to also message the helpdesk, and to no one's surprise, no responses.
As the dreaded day approaches, the more I am worried about my situation, with only a month left, I hope it's not too late to resolve my test permit issue.
