So, i hear a lot from SL about our scores and such, because he's trying his damndest to raise these scores, but i wanted to ask. Where do these scores actually come from? Like greeting scores for example, is it all purely from customers doing some review? And if so, is ot really wise to entirely base scores that are apparently this important, off of the reviews left by customers who very likely may respond incorrectly on purpose just to be assholes?
My main question though is still, where do these scores come from, and why do they matter to corporate?
