I have decided to call it quits after 4 years of being apart of the Petsmart family. Many things made me come to this decision but mostly my management team has shown time and time again that they don’t care about me or my growth inside this company. I was told before I leave I must sign a letter of resignation from hr because I am an associate lead with keys. Can anyone confirm this, and possibly give me the link to the paperwork as my management team is unwilling to even give me info on where to get it.
