Edit: just talked to one of my closest friends and she designs websites! I didn’t know that. I wanted to pay her but she says no. Also knows some good tips for getting a logo etc. !!

I am a pet sitter who does this on the side. I haven’t made it official yet with an official LLC or corporation, insurance, website, none of it. I am wanting to do that in the future I am just not sure if I can really afford it all right now. I’ve been doing this since 2017. How much would it be to create all of this?

I have a rover acct with a few reviews, but never get jobs there .

I want to create a website where I can put reviews from clients. With my basic info. And photos. Then business cards so people can just check me out online for rates and info.

Edit: my friend is going to make a website and I’ll post it through my Instagram social media page, and make a Facebook page . My Instagram presence is pretty good also Next door.

I’m a little overwhelmed with where to start, and what I should do first.

So I guess here is my questions

How much is a website and can I create it myself? Or do you get someone to make it for you?

How much would it be to create a website, business cards, insurance, and make this an official business. What else would I need?

I’m also interested in any apps or websites where people can book me online or I can see it all in one place. Right now I’m putting it all in my iPhone calendar and my planner and it can get a little confusing .

What should I do first? I’m picking up more clients so I have to do this.

However, I’m not wanting to do this as my full time gig. Maybe semi full time. And also do something on the side like door dash or have a part time job somewhere. I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket and I also like how I can create my own schedule with pet sitting.
