Overnight pet sitting fees?

A friend asked me to pet sit for her. She has one large dog, a small dog, and a cat. I quoted her $50/night. Then she texted me and told me that I'll be responsible for the neighbor's dog as well. I haven't met the dog but he is Newfie mix and a pain in the ass. So I told her that I charge an additional fee for two households and three dogs and asked for $60/night. She just asked me if them being at the same house makes a difference. Am I being unfair?
