TLDR: People in a Florida neighborhood get mad at a guy who they claim is trapping their free-range cats (on the man's own property). The problem to me, even as a cat owner, is that these people are letting their cats loose outdoors and unsupervised. They get mad when their cats disappear but maybe if they had them on a leash or kept them in cattios on their own property the cats wouldn't have escaped and possibly been injured/killed by a whole manner of things including: cars, dogs, other animals, other cats, or humans.
