Apologize in advance if this rant or something similar has been posted on this sub already. I am so sick and tired of customers getting angry when I deny them fish sales for no brainer things like not having a tank set up and ready already, too small of a tank for the amount/kind of fish they’re trying to get, or when they try to get two different specifies of fish that cannot be put together. Like, I’m sorry your little shit of a kid was under the impression coming into our store that they could get any fish they wanted, but I’m not going to sell you a !!!KOI FISH!!! for your 55 gallon tank. I get that most of the general public doesn’t know much about fish, but contrary to what you may think, they are NOT expendable or disposable beings. They are live animals that deserve the best environment you can provide for it. For gods sake, stop telling your small children they can get whatever fish they’d like, I’m tired of making little kids cry and parents angry. Ok rant over.
