Since switching to the new shampoo system or whatever garbage it is last year, all of the dogs I have been washing have been impossible to actually get clean with it. There is NO lather, it doesn't even feel like there's soap in it. I have had to on multiple occasions take dogs off the table and RE WASH mid-groom after being scrubbed with this shampoo because they still felt and looked dirty! There are little to no hand mix shampoos we can order anymore, and when we brought up the shampoo issue to our DM he told us "the shampoo is diluted how it's supposed to be" and "to just use more perfume" and dismissed the issue.

I'm at my wits end and its obvs the DM doesn't give a shit about dogs actually being clean for owners. Probably just going to break policy and buy shampoo with my own money because this shit is garbage. I like my clients too much to be giving them a dog washed with basically water.
