White bugs in kitchen?

Post Body

Just had to throw away a new coffee machine because it was crawling with loads of white bugs. Inside and out.

The coffee machine was located next to my built in fridge freezer which I have also removed the bugs from the side of. Google is either telling me dust mites or mold mites?

They appear to slowly come back after hoovering them up. But also can see some when I open my fridge and look down the side of the inside unit. What can I do to remove these Worried about using any type of chemical as may discolour my wooden units in the kitchen. Please help. I go on holiday for 2 weeks soon and just have the image of coming back to thousands of them.
