Black flys

I keep getting black flys in my house that appear out of nowhere, I have managed to get rid of the majority of them but once it gets hot they come right back. I just bought a black flag lamp to put in the garage since that’s where the majority of them are, how do I get rid of the ones inside of my house that concentrate inside of my kitchen and bathroom? What are the best indoor products to get rid of them?
