Hey everyone 👋 Probably the weirdest place on the internet to post this.
I have two spare rooms I'm looking to rent out. Prefer around my age or younger.
You will have access to a shared bathroom (not by me, I have an ensuite). Access to dining, living, kitchen and garage. Security cameras covering access points, nothing inside because of privacy etc etc.
Expect you to be clean and tidy; however I'm not going to be anal about it (hehe.... anal).
I'm a fun, kind and caring sorta guy, I'll be at work everyday and chilling out in the evenings.
Looking for someone to match my vibe and hangout occasionally (video games, dinner etc) although totally understand your want and need for your own time to recharge.
Located in Belmont, rent to be discussed in messages 😊 Would prefer a woman as I grew up around them (open to men as well)
