freight/delivery times?

is anyome experiencing insane delivery times from the east ?
i ordered 8 items at the same time, got 7 within a couple of days and ive been waiting nearly two weeks for the last one with the only information available being "in transit to perth", im being actively ignored by the freight company which is cool. i understand they have covid restrictions but its my understanding freight companies are full steam ahead...
