Not sure if my title makes sense.
Right now I see a trainer at Equinox 2 days a week, and he would give me a plan for a third day when I was working out without him.
Recently I switched to working out 2 days a week without him, and 2 days a week with him. I asked him to make a plan assuming 4 days a week in the gym, and he was fine with that.
If I want to start going 5 days (or more) in the future, is it fair that I am paying him for 2 days of in person training, but expecting 3 additional workout plans? What is a reasonable expectation for creating workout plans when not working out 1 on 1?
