Has anyone here ever trained someone with a winged scapula
If so how did it go and what was you're approach
Obviously we need to focus on the serratus anterior, rhomboids , rotater cuff and traps,
Was just wondering if there's anymore tips anyone could give me
It's only induced by muscle weakness so it's definitely treatable
Thanks in advance
