Ending training with some clients... questions
Post Body

Hello. I'm a part-time trainer. I've been training my currently 3 evening clients for 8 months. I've been able to move to seeing previous evening and new clients during the day while my kids are in school.

I love my evening clients, but unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder. My husband isn't always done working by the time I need to leave and we do not have childcare. He is our main provider and works hard, and me going to the gym 3 evenings each week is just putting a strain on my family. As a family with no local support or family to help, it's just us.

That said, I think it's time to say goodbye to my evening clients. My family needs me at home in the evenings. I just feel so guilty. How much notice should I give? I was thinking end of October-November? Also, I feel guilty because there just aren't a lot of open evening trainers where I work, and the ones who are here likely aren't a good fit for my current female clients. Do I just tell these clients my deadline and say I'm moving to days only?
