New trainer here. Some of these posts intimidate me, as I feel I am definitely not as knowledgeable as some trainers who post here. But I seem to be doing well with my gen pop clients, despite feeling like I have so much to learn.
I'm mostly curious... How would you define a good trainer, an average trainer, and a bad trainer based on these three things: personality traits, knowledge, and other skills like sales/business/organization? Like what are the expected thresholds for each skill at each level (bad, good, average)?
Kind of wondering where I stand and things I could improve upon as I go.
