Trainers - When you ask clients what their goals are, what helps you and what doesn't help you. Can you provide good/bad examples?
Post Body

Before we begin sessions with PTs, we are asked what our goals are. Do you want to hear "I want big glutes like you", or "I just want to live a healthy lifestyle". Hiw nuch information are you looking for and what is specific enough? I talked to a trainer and she said if a client told her they want a big butt, she said she would know exactly how to program.
