I have been doing PT at Equinox and I made a post some time ago and now just follow it. But after being in this subreddit for awhile I can't help but constantly see how big box gyms are just full of PTs who are all into sales, not genuine about clients performance, and just care about numbers.
So what is it? Should I just quit my big box gym PT because now I feel like she's in it for the numbers and doesn't actually care about my progress and uses "tactics" to get us to buy more sessions? Why and how is this any different than private studio PTs. I'm genuinely curious. Are big box gym PTs fake and private studio PTs super caring about you?
I only see it as I'm making progress and so I keep buying PT. So what exactly is it?
