Hello! I have a call tomorrow to chat about an open position at my local OT. I'm not sure it's really an interview per se, but I was approached by a recruiter.
I currently work as a part time PT. I plan to keep that job, but I've been looking to add some hours elsewhere. This would be a part-time role at OT. My experience is 8 months of personal training at a higher end gym, and I tend to specialize in resistance training.
For anyone who has coached at OT... What is it like? Is there specific knowledge I should have going into this call? Thanks!
