Resources for progressive overload?
Post Body
Hello! New trainer here.
I saw a post the other day about important things new trainers need to know and it made me realize where I need to focus my learning. I now have a good handle on programming for a month or two for new clients, but where I struggle is knowing exactly when and how to change up programming. Does anyone have a really good resource (book or online) that could help? Thank you.
