Hi! I'm a new trainer and I've seen a variety of clients over the last few months. One type of client I keep running into is women who only want to weight train once a week. Usually, these women are not open to following a 2 or 3 day routine because they a) only want to pay for personal training once a week, and b) say with certainty that they will not weight train on their own. The few women I've seen like this usually do a lot of cardio on their own or maybe attend classes and they just want to get a little stronger.
I am curious - assuming a woman like this is healthy and has no restrictions, what do you feel a good one-day program is? How many exercises would you include and what would you prioritize?
