soo I earn 29k pm and I want to move to a flat. I've to let them know in 1 hr or else they will give the flat to someone else. I'm currently staying at a pg payin 12k including food electricity wifi everything. I don't eat pg food cuz I literally got sick eating so I eat from outside daily which is a trouble that's why I wanted a flat. I got 3bhk and I want the master bedroom for which ill pay 15k but the issue it's just not 15k I'll have to get everything on rent cuz it's a semi furnished flat. when they say it's semi furnished it means nothing. I'll probably have to sped more than 20k including maid cook etc. and I'm scared. should I get it or stay where I am rn. pros of getting a flat. close to my office, cool PPL and freedom. will make me work harder so I earnmore money to afford the place. cons of flat expensive, not furnished, need to find 3rd girl which idk if anyone will take it so might have to pay the rent for 3rd person as well so it's risky idk, too many responsibilities.
