Is it worth it to use 0% apr credit card offers in this inflation environment?
Post Body
Assume I'm a savvy consumer with a lot of savings and investments. I got an offer for 0% APR until March 2023. My understanding of this is that you would only have to pay the minimum balance amount each month and then you don't have to pay any interest on the balance. If we say inflation is 9% annually and there are 7 months until march then the inflation over that period is 7/12*9 = 5.25%. Is that not basically 5% cashback?
