Would having 1 credit card at 70% utilization hurt my credit score if my overall utilization is below 30%?
Post Body

Recently, I got this new credit card that has 0% balance transfer. I transferred some CC balance from a higher interest card. Last month, an emergency came up and I I used this card since it has 0%. My overall credit utilization is below 30%, but this one card has around 70% usage.

I'm trying to figure out which cards to pay first. Should I focus on paying my cards with the highest interest rate first and do min payments for this card? Or focus on keeping each CC below 30% utilization for best credit score improvement?
