Should use personal or corporate card for internship?

Hi,
So I am interning at a firm that allows you to use your personal card for point accumulation or you can get a corporate card. The only thing is my card has about a 8k limit I do a have a few but I don’t know if using it often for large expense like international flights and hotels will negatively or positively impact my credit if it is being paid off.
