Paying first car payment

I bought a new car a couple of weeks ago and I set up auto deposit pay form with my bank. The thing with that is. My first car payment was due to come out on March 26tth which was a Thursday. It's now Wednesday March 29th and the money hasn't come out of my account. I have more than 2 months of payment in my account. Should I contact the lending bank that takes care of my loan or wait?
