Prepaid Visa Confusion

I was gifted a td prepaid visa for Christmas and tried to use it but can’t seem to get it to work. I tried to register the card through td online, but it said my security information is incorrect? I called the number on the back to activate/register and all I was told was my balance on the card(which was correct no issues). If I try to add my card to anything like apple pay, doordash, paypal I get some sort of message about my issuer not being supported. Can anyone help?
