How do I diversify my company's RSUs optimally for lowest tax burden? [CA]

Post Body

Hi! I have a decent amount of my former employers stock (previously ISOs, which I purchased right before the IPO last year). Currently worth around ~$500k. They have just passed the LTCG threshold. I want to diversify some of it, but I want to be mindful of the tax implications by selling them. Do I want to sell all at once or incrementally over time? I am also considering purchasing my first home, and would need to use some of the money for downpayment. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Taxable income ~$250k in salary
