I have 3 series EE bonds I’ve been hanging onto. I have cashed other ones about 5 years ago at my local bank. I decided since 1 of my bonds is past maturity and has a very low interest rate I should just cash it and put it into my HYSA (same interest rate). Apparently citizens bank is now longer cashing these bonds at their banks and I have to print out a form and mail it with the bond. It’s not urgent for me but still a bit of an inconvenience. Has anyone sent in bonds with this form through the mail? Do I have another option?
