Refinancing mortgage and heloc

My current mortgage rate is 4.45%, And I have 24 years left on my 30 year fixed. I owe about half of what it’s worth. I also took out a HELOC which is a separate payment. I wanted to combine the two and have a lower rate which I know I can get. Only issue is my credit (about 575) I know, it’s bad. My credit union rejected me because of the credit score. Any idea where else I could try that would except my score? I live in Wisconsin if that matters.
