Unsure about retirement
Post Body

Im 24 currently making between 42k-80k a year at my job (depends on OT, bonuses and a few other things its most likely going to be about 60k by the years end) Im clueless as hell and really don't know much about any form of retirement strategy besides invest in stocks stocks IRA as well as what ever my work can give me. What other moves besides those above would be very very wise to do at my current age? (or if you have any other information on those I'd like to read that)

(Also work as of now offers no pension or really any benefits besides health insurance how ever I could be the one to change that in the future as I'm slated to be at the top rather soon.)
