Hi,

I'm new to home buying and I wanted to help get all the available information and resources that can help my family out.

My family (mother, brother, and sister) have been looking to buy a home to get out of renting. I found out that our local city has a new program wherein a certain area, they have homes for sale that has a Community Land Trust.

I wanted to know what is the best way to get a home loan for this, would I be eligible for any first-time home buyer/owner assistance.

I'm in Arizona and we are under the 100% median area income.
