I was scammed out of $48 by someone here on Reddit, don’t really want to go into transaction specifics but I did pay with PayPal goods and services. After I found out it was a scam and the scammer actually confirmed it and taunted me I disputed the transaction with PayPal. 2 weeks later I get an email saying they are refunding me.

Like the immature 30 year old I am I decided to screenshot the bit of the email saying that I got the refund and send it to this asshat. He then hits me with the fact that he has my address. He’s claiming that he is now going to send the irs some sort of falsified unpaid tax letters? I have no idea what he is talking about but should I be worried that he will be able to pull anything else having my address?
