Question about Chime banking?

My long term BF passed away 😢 and he has a chime credit card and debit card. I wasn't married to him but was with him for 2 years.
My question is if i transfer the money 💰 he had to my account (i have his info pin) i don't want the bank to keep the money he earned he has about 4000. Would i face any repercussion for doing that?
