How do I withdraw my small pension from previous employer?

I have a small pension I just found out about a couple of years ago. It’s been getting larger but it’s still relatively small and I want to invest the money in other ways. The account is with fidelity.
Can I withdraw or so I have to wait until I’m in my 60s? I’m in my mid 30s. If I can withdraw it what is the process?
