I need help making a budget.

I have been working for last 1 year and I didn't even think of savings and investments. I earned gave some money to my mom, and spend ir. And after a year I quite my job. Had a huge credit card debt.

And now building myself up. I want to be more responsible with my money. I wan to learn who to make most of it and save at the same time.

I tried googling this but all the article that I came accross where directed towards and app or something.

I hope some one can please help me make a simple budget which will get me into the habit of it.
