I keep seeing ads for Root Car Insurance and it seems like a good deal. I'm a safe driver, have a good driving record, and haven't had an accident that I was at fault, last accident was in 2017. Would this be a good alternative for Geico (I have this now and it's the cheapest I can find, currently high coverage for $186 a month)?
I've researched Root and found a lot of mixed reviews. Mostly good, people saying it saved them tons of money and it's a great alternative, however also found negative reviews about renewing policies without the holders permission, increasing rates without specifically sayiong why, etc. Would it be a good switch? Or should I stick with the company I've had for the last 4.5 years?
