Hello,
I've been 6 1/2 years with my current company and I am in talks about a new position within the company. I've been promoted 3 years ago and the new role which I could assume now, feels like a promotion too.
Next week I am going to have a meeting with HR and my potential future bosses and we are going to talk about salary among other tings. Can you point me to some strategies on how to prepare the meeting, so that I can get the best possible raise? I need some general guidelines on what to focus, so I can prepare the discussions properly.
Thank you for your help!
