PNC Bank disappearing transaction

A few days ago I bought a $30 dlc on PlayStation from the PlayStation store (it's virtual so I received the content immediately). The PNC virtual wallet app showed that the $30 was taken out and my checking balance dropped by 30, like it was supposed to. But I checked again today and it has no record of the purchase occuring. My checking account is now $30 higher again, like the purchase never occured. Is my app broken or is this common?
