My company offers 4% matching when you contribute at least 5% I currenlty do 10% and my wife would like to reduce it but I don't want to be one of those old people that complains due to being 'on a fixed income' what do you think?
Also My company doesn't give advice as to how to allocate the investment mix, can anyone give me some pointers? Here is a screenshot of what I have available.
My current selection was basically at random since i have no clue what i'm doing, and my return is in the negatives thank you for any help you can give.
