I have adhd and often forget to pay bills. This usually results in severe anxiety about not paying bills. Of course I end up in a terrible cycle. I usually have the money but then just end up not paying. I have racked up so many fees. I have tried the automatic bill pay but it always ends up overdrafting my account because I forget what comes out when. Ive had to file bankruptcy once already and I'm only in my 30s.
I was wondering if there is a service in which I could give someone control to pay my bills with my account. I thought it was a financial advisor or planner but my Google search noted they were for large estates and for stocks and such.
Does anyone have suggestions? I'm open to anything. Thank you.
