Hi, not sure if this is the right sub but here goes:

Original 10year lease had a 4.5% annual increase with the starting monthly rent of $6,031.

Change in the lease so that starting monthly rent is now $6,332, still at 4.5% annual increase for 10years.

How much more am I paying on the 10year lease when the rent starts at $6332 instead of $6031?

My calculations put it around 40k but that doesn't sound right...
