Hello, beginning of this year a T-mobile representative came to my fast food place and spoke with me about their deal for a mobile plan. Besides the fact that the 'special deal' was literally the same promotional deal available to everyone, I was uncomfortable about the subject decided not to enroll.
However, he told me that certain personal information was needed to see if I qualified (SSN, address). And told me I qualified and that the sim xards would be delivered soon. I told him that i need to think it over first and he said ok.
It turns out later on that I have been paying for an acct that I did not agree to, and have not even been using! This amounted to $480 that I have disputed with T-mobile reps for several months and several phone calls. Each call ends with them saying that the process is now on the way, and blah blah blah, but I have still not received my refund. It has been 3 months since my first call.
What options do I have since T-mobile is obviously just hoping that I forget about this? I would like to call them one more time, this time telling them I would otherwise pursue legal actions, but I dont want it to be an empty threat haha.
