Divorce, would like to leave house with wife who is homemaker

I want out of the marriage and wife wants the house. I do not care if she gets it, I just want to start over. My only condition is that she takes over the note. I don't want liability if she defaults.
Here is the catch, she is a homemaker with no recent job history. I am sure she has the skills to get a job with a $30K salary. (I'm low balling here.) What are the chances the bank will let her keep the house keep/refinance the house? There is a lot of equity, but no job history.
