Need some advice,

Im not sure this is the right sub for this but, Im needing some advice about how I can gain any management experiance. Im 21 and have never been considered for a promotion of any sort.

I work hard and dont stop trying at any point but it just seems like people that got hired after me are getting ahead and such. Im just not really sure what to do right now as Im about to start college for a CompSci degree.

I felt like I could use some good advice from the people on this sub. Im starting another somewhat shit job and Ive been keen on moveing up within a company for awhile now. Thanks for the replies I'll reply to any answers in the morning.
