Is it worth to rent your home if breaking even?
Post Body

Is it worth it to rent out your house if you are going to be breaking even /-$50 per month? My wife and I have the option to outright sell, or rent. I feel like we don't have enough equity in the home to make anything after the sale of the house. Is renting worth it if we can only get 1250/month and the mortgage with insurance and everything is 1150?
